Our first term has gone in a flash and we have arrived in the Spring term. This term, Hawks are exploring North and South America. They will be learning about different human and physical features of these continents and the differences between the different countries. In Science, they will be learning about the amazing living things that make up our world and visiting the zoo to enhance this topic. RE will explore what kind of King is Jesus and how this impacts the lives of Christians. Avoiding the bad weather, PE is inside this term with Mrs Sanders teaching gymnastics and then creating a dance to Jeff Wayne's War of the Worlds music on a Friday.

Students had exciting trips in October to Peterborough Cathedral and to the Think Tank in Birmingham. They enjoyed these and learnt a lot about Science and the Christian faith.

In November, Hawks spent the morning in the company of Lord John Robartes Regiment of Foote learning about the Civil War and they had great fun. In their words it was 'amazing', 'interesting' and 'phenomenal'.
